First you should check the status of your donation receipt - you can do this by clicking the link in your donation confirmation email. The donation details page will open in ammado and the receipt status will display under the logo of the nonprofit beneficiary of your donation.
The most common reason why you may not have received your donation receipt is that ammado is not authorized by that nonprofit to issue its receipts. In these cases, ammado forwards your receipt request to the nonprofit administrator for issuing. If you have not received your donation request, we recommend contacting the nonprofit directly. You can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can forward your request to the nonprofit. In either case, you must ensure to include the Order ID for your donation in your email.
